Rent begins on the day the boiler arrives to the customer and ends on the day R.M.S.C. receives the boiler back. All installation, removal and transportation to and from job site shall be time and material at prevailing rate (straight time, time and one half, double time).

Truck Expense/Mileage $ .60/Mile (Service & Field Installation Crews)

Boiler rental fees may be negotiated and reapplied to any boiler repair, equipment installation or boiler room modifications done by Rasmussen Mechanical or any of it' s subsidiaries. Any such price reduction shall be negotiated based on the cost of said repairs. Any negotiation shall take place at the initiation of boiler rental.

At no time are portable boiler installation, removal or transportation charges waived.

Start-up on portables will be quoted at $600/day plus travel and expenses. This is based on an 8-hour day. Overtime hours shall be charged at prevailing rat,e. (Time and one half over 8 hours, double time Sundays and holidays. )

Customer is responsible for any/all service and maintenance on portable boiler while in their possession. Customer shall pay any/all fuel costs to operate boiler during customer's use.

Proper water treatment must be implemented to protect boiler at customer's cost.

Any damage to boiler while at customer's facility shall be the customer's responsibility and shall be repaired or replaced only by R.M.S.C., or with R.M.S.C.'s approval

Upon removal of portable boiler, unit shall be inspected by R.M.S.C. and any damage associated with customer's temporary use of equipment shall be cleaned/repaired to proper condition with associated cost borne by customer as part of rental expense.

Rasmussen Mechanical Service Corp. or its subsidiaries are not responsible for misuse or misapplication of our equipment. Any damages incurred due to misuse or unsafe practices by customer shall be customer's responsibility .
