As UNO’s heating equipment aged, their need for a dependable, responsive, and innovative mechanical system became their priority. To satisfy this need, our HVAC Services division was hired. Rasmussen Mechanical Services was contracted to pipe in a new Trane CenTraVac water-cooled chiller and replace large portions of piping to an EvapTech cooling tower. We also installed 2 new boilers and a deaerator. The project involved installing hundreds of feet of 24″ and 18″ piping to ensure efficent heating and cooling of the campus.Â
