Hangar and Office HVAC Maintenance Agreement

Omaha, Nebraska

The private aviation terminal at Omaha's Eppley Airfield runs 24/7, and its hangars, offices and passenger spaces have to stay heated and cooled through every Nebraska winter and summer. Rasmussen Mechanical Services has handled the HVAC there since 2018, first for TAC Air and now for Atlantic Aviation, which took over the location in 2022.

Hangar heat. Big hangar doors mean big heat loss. Our technicians have kept the radiant tube heaters running with repairs and replacements over the years, including new inducer motors and blowers. Our crew also replaced a gas-fired duct heater in one hangar and upgraded another hangar's furnace to high efficiency.

Catching problems on PM visits. After the October 2025 maintenance visits, a two-man crew spent three days with a boom lift making the repairs the visits had turned up, mostly on the radiant heaters. On the rooftop units, our team has replaced heat exchangers on two units, supply and return fan motors, and a pressure transducer. On the hot water side, they rebuilt both pumps on the main hangar loop.

The rest of the property. We've also replaced the burner on the boiler, fixed gas leaks and installed a new gas regulator on another boiler, and put in new furnaces and AC equipment, including a new furnace for an upstairs office. With one maintenance agreement covering all of it.

Shoutout to our Omaha HVAC Maintenance, Omaha HVAC Repair and Omaha Rooftop AC Repair teams for keeping Atlantic Aviation running!
