Dual 10-Ton Rooftop Unit Replacement

Baldwin Filters needed two rooftop units replaced at its Kearney plant, RTU 76 and RTU 91. Our Kearney HVAC team swapped both out for new 10-ton Trane Precedent units.

The new units didn't match the existing curbs, so we installed curb adapters on both. That let the new equipment sit on the original curbs without any roof rework. A crane set both units, and our crew made the new gas and electrical connections. We also hauled the old units away.

Each new unit has a BACnet card, so both RTUs can tie into the plant's building automation system for monitoring and control.
