Mckee Medical Center had to close down the entire hospital after their boiler system went down due to a power surge. Luckily, we had a technician who was close by and drove straight over. By the time he arrived the boiler room was full of hospital employees trying to figure out what to do. Our burner technician, came in and got straight to work. He began working on making some wiring changes and quickly found out the burner controls screen would power up but was unresponsive. He was able to switch out an old control panel with an Autoflame MK8 and then recommission the system. Before he left the boiler was back online and the hospital was able to open their doors again.
