Rasmussen Mechanical Services completed a comprehensive service and maintenance project on an industrial air dryer at Behlen Mfg Company to restore system performance and ensure reliable moisture control within the compressed air system.

The scope of work included replacing 1,200 pounds of desiccant media, critical for maintaining proper dew point and protecting downstream equipment from moisture-related damage. In addition, our technicians replaced both the pre-filter and after-filter, improving air quality and extending the life of pneumatic tools and processes.

To complete the service, two exhaust mufflers were replaced, helping reduce noise levels and ensure proper airflow during dryer regeneration cycles. All work was performed efficiently to minimize downtime while restoring the air dryer to optimal operating condition.
