Boiler Rebuild and Install

Due to an increase in steam demand for a process expansion at Central Bi-Products, Rasmussen Mechanical Service was contacted to install a new boiler. Rasmussen Mechanical was able to refurbish a 1500HP Johnson boiler they had at their shop to meet the increased steam demand. Pre-fabricated piping was built and sent up with the boiler for the gas train and all control piping. Following placing the boiler a Limpsfield burner and Autoflame controls were installed. Fun Fact: We knew the height restrictions were going to be tight for this install, so we skated the boiler in on a cold roll. When it was all said and done we were able to get the boiler through the opening with 1 inch to spare.
