Project Details
Rasmussen Mechanical Services was contracted to replace the blast tube tip on an existing burner. Our technicians began by pulling the burner door and removing the gas gun to gain access to the component. The existing blast tube tip was removed and replaced with a new, high-quality tip furnished by our team.
Once installed, the burner was carefully reassembled, started up, and combustion was tuned to manufacturer specifications. This replacement helps ensure proper flame shape, improved combustion efficiency, and reliable burner performance. Shoutout to our Minnesota boiler team!
