Boiler Room Replacements

Rasmussen Mechanical Services upgraded the heating, cooling, and domestic hot water systems at Grand Island Central Catholic. The project included installing a Lochinvar AWN286PM Water Heater Boiler with a Lochinvar RJS120M Storage Tank, plus new circulation pumps for both units.

The heating system was modernized with two AERCO BMK2000 Boilers and matching Bell & Gossett e-1510 Hot Water Pumps, while the cooling system received a Daikin Packaged Scroll Chiller with Remote Evaporator and a new Bell & Gossett e-1510 Chilled Water Pump.

We also replaced three expansion tanks, completed all piping and insulation work, and used lifts and a crane to set equipment. The result is improved performance, efficiency, and reliability for the school’s critical systems. Shoutout to our Grand Island Boiler and our Installation Team for the great work!
