Boiler Retube and Furnace Tube Repair

The City of Yankton has a Hayes firetube boiler in one of its buildings that needed a complete retube.

Our Yankton Boiler Repair team cut out all 30 tubes, brushed the loose scale out of the boiler, and rolled and beaded in 30 new 2" tubes. Then we hydro tested it. The work was done to NBIC and state code.

We also fixes a leak where a furnace tube met the tubesheet. We ground out the leaking area until the bad metal was gone, prepped it, and weld repaired it.
