Rasmussen Mechanical Services has been a trusted mechanical partner to Saint Anthony Hospital – North Campus in Westminster, CO, providing ongoing boiler room service, repairs, and system upgrades to support uninterrupted hospital operations. Over multiple years, our team has supported both preventative maintenance and time-sensitive corrective work across the hospital’s steam and hot water systems.

Our scope of work has included annual boiler inspections and maintenance, feedwater and deaerator system upgrades, piping repairs, pump replacements and seal repairs, burner and combustion component replacements, control and level master upgrades, gas flow metering, and critical safety device servicing.

Working closely with hospital facilities staff, our HVAC and Boiler teams performed both scheduled maintenance and responsive service calls to address leaks, failing components, and aging infrastructure within the boiler room and associated mechanical systems.
