Split System Replacement

Rasmussen Mechanical Services completed a locker room HVAC upgrade at the Creston Amtrak Depot Building. The project included pumping down refrigerant on the existing split system, preparing equipment for demolition, and removing and disposing of the outdated condenser and air handling unit.

A new York condenser and H-Series MagicAire air handling unit were furnished and installed. The refrigerant line set was replaced, and the system was reconnected to the existing condenser disconnect and thermostat controls.

Upon completion, the system was tested and placed back into service to provide improved cooling performance and reliability for the locker room area. Shoutout to our Creston Commercial HVAC Installation team for getting this building back up and running!
