Emergency Rental Boiler

When a rendering plant in Clinton, Iowa needed steam fast, our Iowa Boiler Rental team delivered. Less than 24 hours after the initial call, we had a 1,000 HP trailer-mounted firetube boiler on-site, set up, and producing steam. This quick turnaround helped the facility avoid major downtime and keep operations moving.

Boiler Specs:

• Size/Type: 1,000 HP firetube, trailer-mounted

• Fuel: Natural gas, 4" 150# flanged connection

• Operating Pressure: 135 psi (150 psi MAWP)

• Steam Outlet: 6" 300# flanged, with 8"x6" ASME reducing spool

• Feedwater: 2" 300# flanged modulating

• Blowdown: 2" FIP connection

• Valves: 8" 300# flanged angle non-return and stop valves

• Relief Valves: Four safety relief valves set at 150 psi, with discharge piping (shipped loose)

• Electrical: 480V / 3-phase / 200 amp, single-point, non-fused disconnect

• Stack: Stub stack included
