50hp Air Compressor Installation

Rasmussen Mechanical Services furnished a new Gardner Denver L37 air compressor to support reliable compressed air production for the Darling facility. This 50 HP, air-cooled unit delivers 233 CFM at 110 PSI and 218 CFM at 125 PSI, providing consistent performance for industrial operations. The compressor features load/unload operation and is powered by a 460V, three-phase TEFC motor running at 3,600 RPM with a wye-delta start for reduced electrical inrush during startup. The system includes a 1.5-inch discharge connection and operates at approximately 70 dBA for quieter performance in the plant environment. A moisture separator was furnished with the package (shipped loose), and the unit measures 68" x 36" x 66" with an approximate weight of 2,130 lbs. This installation provides Darling with an efficient, dependable compressed air solution designed to support long-term reliability and productivity.
