Rental Boiler

Rasmussen Mechanical Services provided a 350HP complete mobile boiler room, designed for quick deployment and reliable steam production. This fully enclosed system was capable of producing up to 12,075 PPH of steam and could operate on either natural gas or #2 fuel oil.

The mobile unit included a fully packaged boiler with burner and gas train, softener skid, feedwater system, chemical feed system, and blowdown separator. All components were pre-piped and pre-wired within the container, allowing for fast setup with single-point utility connections located at the exterior wall. The system was powered by 480V, 3-phase, 95-amp service—making it plug-and-play ready for most industrial facilities.
