Complete Retube - Watertube Boiler

Rasmussen Mechanical Services completely retubed an 80,000lb/hr 1971 watertube boiler for Goodyear Tire and Rubber. As part of this project, we also completely replaced all refractory in the furnace, including the burner cone, burner wall, furnace floor and all drum and wall seals. We also replaced all insulation, casing and casing supports in the repair area with new 10-gauge carbon steel casing material. Upon completion of the project Rasmussen Mechanical Services hydrostatically tested the boiler in accordance with ASME Section I and NBIC codes.
