Controls Retrofit

Rasmussen Mechanical replaced existing pneumatic controls with Honeywell electronic controls and sensors. Old pneumatic valves were replaced with electronic actuators. This controlled an AHU, 8 exhaust fans, 2 flow control units, a chiller and water pumps, as well as 8 VAV zones in the hospital covering the OR and ER. The upgraded system has a fully functional front end with alarming and trending capabilities and startup and commissioning of all units was completed by our controls team.
