Removal and Installation Efforts
Removal of Existing Equipment: The project began with the removal of an outdated 150HP boiler, an existing deaerator, and two air compressors. This was necessary to clear space for the new, more efficient equipment.
Installation of New Equipment: The team installs the new 300hp boiler, along with a condensing economizer. A new deaerator, an RO system, and a makeup air unit are also part of the installation process. We carefully integrate each piece into the existing infrastructure.
The team pounds and installs a refractory cone for the burner, ensuring proper heat containment.
Extensive piping labor and control wiring were performed to connect all components seamlessly.
