Project Details
Rasmussen Mechanical Services upgraded Tyson Foods’ 200HP Ames Iron Works boiler with a new Webster JBS series dual-fuel burner capable of operating on natural gas or propane. The project included a Fireye Burner Logix flame safeguard, remote control panel, new gas and pilot gas trains, rewired boiler trim, and a new burner plate with refractory cone.
Our team commissioned the burner on both fuels, provided on-site training, delivered a wiring diagram, and supplied a recommended spare parts list—enhancing fuel flexibility, safety, and reliability for Tyson’s operations. Shoutout to our Minnesota boiler team!
