Compressor Room Upgrade

Rasmussen Mechanical Services Industrial Air Team completed the installation of a new oil-free compressed air system at Iowa Corn Processors, replacing outdated equipment to improve air quality and system efficiency.

The project included the delivery and installation of a Gardner Denver PAT160 oil-free, two-stage, air-cooled air compressor with fixed speed and low noise output. A new Gardner Denver XGHB2100 desiccant air dryer, blower purge type, was also provided. This unit supports up to 1200 CFM with a -40°F dew point and includes NEMA 4 controls, pre- and post-filters, and a 3" valve bypass.

Rasmussen Mechanical Services handled the removal of the existing units, placement of the new equipment, and performed factory start-up and warranty registration.
