Burner Wheel Replacement

Rasmussen Mechanical Services was contracted by JBS USA in Grand Island, NE, to replace the combustion blower wheel on a Boiler. Our team removed the existing wheel and installed a new LC270 blower wheel for the Limpsfield burner. The project included all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to complete the job safely and on schedule. By replacing this critical component, we ensured the burner would operate with optimal performance, improving reliability and helping to minimize downtime for plant operations.
