Connect BAS to RTU

Rasmussen Mechanical Services completed a temperature controls integration project at Kubat Pharmacy to improve HVAC communication and system visibility within the facility. Our team installed conduit from the rooftop unit (RTU) to a junction box in the warehouse and pulled network cabling to connect the RTU to the dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS). After completing the connections, we verified full visibility and functionality of the RTU controls within the building management system (BMS). This upgrade enhanced centralized monitoring, improved coordination between ventilation and conditioning systems, and strengthened overall HVAC performance and reliability throughout the facility.Shoutout to our Omaha Temperature Controls team for working on this over the course of the year!
