Industrial Chiller Piping

Rasmussen Mechanical Services was contracted to pipe in a new Trane CenTraVac water-cooled chiller and replace large portions of piping connected to an EvapTech cooling tower. The scope included the installation of hundreds of feet of large-diameter piping, with 24″ and 18″ lines routed and tied into the existing system. Work was completed with careful coordination to ensure proper alignment, flow, and system integration while maintaining safe working conditions on site.

The project required detailed planning and field coordination due to the size of the piping and the importance of maintaining system reliability. Our crews managed material handling, layout, and installation to ensure the new piping was properly supported and positioned for long-term operation.
