Boiler Reliability Improvement

Rasmussen Mechanical's Littleton boiler installation team provided service and maintenance support for AERCO Benchmark boilers at Lockheed Martin’s Littleton facility. The project included furnishing and installing an AERCO blower motor, IGST board, (2) 24-month fireside maintenance kits, and a Johnston oil pump, along with a complete combustion analysis and boiler safety device testing.

During the site visit, our technicians evaluated both boilers, brought an offline unit back toward operational readiness, and addressed pilot alignment and heat exchanger conditions related to extended cold operation. The boiler was safely shut down to allow for proper cleaning and follow-up service.
