Project Details
Rasmussen Mechanical Services was contracted to replace two large coils in air handling units—one located on the second floor and one in the boiler room. To complete the work, our team removed and reinstalled the second-floor return blower, replaced pumps for better access, and installed new control valves tied into the building management system (BMS). After carefully rigging out the old 1,000 lb coils using pulleys, chains, and jacks—navigating tight spaces and working over existing motors—we completed installation with a full operational test.
