HVAC Remodel

Rasmussen Mechanical Services was tasked with an HVAC Remodel at MidAmerican Energy Company in Yankton, South Dakota. We replaced two furnaces, and all the evaporator coils, and condensing units, along with the replacement of four hanging gas-fired unit heaters.

The proposal included all required demolition, installation of new refrigerant line sets, duct transitions, concentric venting kits, roof cutting and patching, system startup, owner training, and delivery of complete O&M manuals. All systems were installed and commissioned to ensure reliable operation and improved performance.
