Boiler Retube

Rasmussen Mechanical Services performed boiler tube repairs at NIST to address leaking tubes. The scope included re-rolling the identified leaking tubes to restore a proper mechanical seal.

Following repairs, the boiler was hydrostatically tested to verify integrity and confirm there were no remaining leaks. Any additional tubes found leaking during testing were also re-rolled as necessary.

All work was completed in accordance with NBIC requirements and applicable state codes, ensuring safe and compliant boiler operation. Shoutout to our Boulder Boiler Repair team for getting this facility's boiler retubed!
