RTU Installation

Rasmussen Mechanical Services completed the installation of a new rooftop unit (RTU) at the high school. The existing unit was removed and replaced using a crane, and the new RTU and curb were set in place. Our team provided and installed new VAVs, controls, electrical connections, and gas piping with a regulator. We also removed an old pump and installed a spool piece in its place. To support the work, sections of the ceiling were removed and reinstalled, and all associated hot water piping and VAVs were re-insulated. Air and water balancing was also performed.
