New Air Compressor Install

Rasmussen Mechanical Services furnished a new Gardner Denver L23 air compressor to provide dependable compressed air capacity for facility operations. This 30 HP, air-cooled unit delivers 148 CFM at 100 PSI and 125 CFM at 125 PSI, supporting consistent performance for industrial applications. The compressor features load/no-load operation and a direct gear drive design for efficient, reliable service. It is base-mounted and powered by a 460V, three-phase TEFC motor with a wye-delta start to reduce electrical load during startup. The package includes a 1.5-inch discharge connection and operates at approximately 68 dBA. A moisture trap was included to support cleaner air delivery. The unit measures 53" x 35" x 64" and weighs approximately 1,433 lbs, providing a compact and durable compressed air solution designed for long-term reliability.
