Rental Boiler Installation

Rasmussen Mechanical Omaha Boiler Rental team deployed a 70,000 PPH package watertube rental boiler from our yard to support operations at Kellogg’s Omaha facility. Our team handled every aspect of the project—from mobilization and installation to startup and training.

Scope of Work Included:

• Transporting and setting the boiler, including assembly of ship-loose components

• Installing steam, natural gas, and feedwater lines to tie into the plant’s existing connections outside the building

• Coordinating all necessary permits, including the City of Omaha mechanical permit and notice of installation with the State of Nebraska

• Performing an internal inspection and hydrostatic test

• Burner startup and commissioning

• Two 2-hour operator training sessions (4 hours total)

This turnkey rental solution allowed Kellogg’s to maintain production with minimal downtime.
