Boiler System Upgrades

Rasmussen Mechanical Services completed boiler system upgrades at St Julien Hotel & Spa to improve reliability and system control. The project included furnishing and installing replacement pumps and isolation valves on all three boilers.

Mechanical line stops were provided in six locations to allow installation of new isolation valves with minimal system disruption. Boiler #3 was drained and cleaned, followed by a hydronic test to verify system integrity. A new gas valve was installed, and burner tuning and combustion analysis were performed to ensure proper operation and efficiency.

Finally, Boiler #3 was integrated into the building automation system (BAS) to operate in coordination with the other boilers, enhancing overall system performance and control. Shoutout to our Boulder Boiler Installation team for the great work! We also had some much needed assistance from our Commercial HVAC Installation team!
