5 Ton Rooftop Unit Replacement

Rasmussen Mechanical's HVAC installation and maintenance team completed a 5 ton rooftop HVAC unit replacement and PM service for Thomas Financial Advisors in Westminster, Colorado. Our team safely isolated power, removed the existing Rheem rooftop unit, modified the rooftop curb, and installed a new 5-ton gas/electric rooftop unit with a modulating economizer. The new unit was reconnected to existing ductwork and commissioned per manufacturer specifications. The project was followed by enrollment in preventative maintenance to support long-term performance and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.
