Fluid Cooler

The existing fluid cooler at Tri-Center Schools was failing due to age and corrosion. Rasmussen Mechanical Services was tasked with preparing a replacement solution that would increase the life expectancy of the new unit and non-invasive installation. To ensure a longer life for the equipment, RMS provided a fluid cooler with a corrosion bonding agent. To keep modifications to the building and landscape minimal, RMS opted to remove and install the fluid cooler through a small opening in the roof. This method of installation reduced the amount of labor needed to complete the project and resulted in savings for the school. Shoutout to our Council Bluffs HVAC Replacement team!
