Fluid Cooler

The existing fluid cooler at Tri-Center Schools was failing due to age and corrosion. Rasmussen Mechanical Services was tasked with preparing a replacement solution that would increase the life expectancy of the new unit and non-invasive installation. To ensure a longer life for the equipment, RMS provided a fluid cooler with a corrosion bonding agent. To keep modifications to the building and landscape minimal, RMS opted to remove and install the fluid cooler through a small opening in the roof. This method of installation reduced the amount of labor needed to complete the project and resulted in savings for the school.
