Partial Retube & Refractory

Rasmussen Mechanical Services removed damaged tubes and refractory during Tyson's plant shutdown. The repairs included the installation of the new boiler tubes, refractory, seal boxes, casing and insulation to the water-tube boiler.

• Repaired a boiler from the 1960s.

• Detected and repaired combustion gas leaks.

• All plugged and/or damaged boiler tubes were replaced.

• Repair met all NBIC and ASME requirements.
