HVAC and Controls Maintenance Agreement

Rasmussen Mechanical Services keeps heating equipment running in University of Colorado Boulder lab buildings. At the MARR building, RMS technicians handle preventive maintenance on the hot water boilers, a mix of Laars, Burnham and Weil-McLain units. Each boiler gets a combustion analysis, and techs replaced four ignitors during the 2024 service.

In 2026, RMS crews ran a hydrostatic pressure test on a Bosch water heater at CU Boulder’s Saddoris lab, to confirm the unit could safely stay in service.
