Tank Realignment

Partners often approach us to help improve their facility’s production efficiencies and operations. The purpose of this project was to boost versatility in the plant’s process piping. The new design gives more control to plant operators because of the medications made to the piping manifolds and system pumps. The project included 3” and 6” stainless steel process piping, 3” and 4” piggable piping and valves, a new mechanical mezzanine, and the installation of 13 pumps that ranged from 15-30 horsepower. Shoutout to our Council Bluffs Process Piping team for all the great work!
