HVAC Replacement

Rasmussen Mechanical Services completed a full HVAC replacement project to upgrade aging R-22 equipment and improve long-term system performance and reliability for this facility. The scope of work included the removal and replacement of three condensing units and corresponding air handling units, providing updated cooling capacity with new 7.5-ton, 10-ton, and 15-ton systems. In addition, three existing gas duct heaters were replaced with new units rated at 200 MBH, 225 MBH, and 125 MBH to ensure dependable heating throughout the building. This modernization project helps reduce maintenance concerns associated with obsolete refrigerant systems while delivering improved efficiency, comfort, and operational reliability moving forward.
