Triple Boiler Installation

We’ve maintained the mechanical systems at this Wells Fargo building for years. That work has covered air handler repairs, IT room cooling, a controls upgrade, and an air handler rebuild. So when it was time to replace the facility’s three boilers, our Kearney commercial boiler installation crew already knew the system from years of service calls.

We replaced all three boilers in one project. The job covered the new boilers, new piping and new controls hardware. Our temperature controls techs set up the controls for the new boilers as part of the same job, so there was no separate controls contractor to coordinate. Once the piping was in, it was insulated.

We’re still on site to this day. After the install, we have added a new hot water valve actuator and tied that into the controls as well.

Worth Noting: when the crew that maintains your building also replaces the equipment, nobody has to learn the system from scratch. They already know where the problems are, and they’ll be the ones servicing the new boilers.
