Multiple AHU Removal and Replacement

Rasmussen Mechanical Services was contracted by Winnebago Tribal Facility to replace 6 existing Bohn AHU’s with new state of the art, hot deck cold deck multi-zone Trane units. The project also included installation of variable frequency drives, air and water balancing, and owner training upon completion. Rasmussen Mechanical Services provided all hydronic piping and DX piping, as well as performed all sheet metal, rigging, and controls work. The upgraded units had a larger footprint than the existing units due to larger, more efficient coils. This constraint required units be lowered through rooftop access points with extreme precision.
